22 years old

Completed my first Half Marathon and two weeks later ran my first Full Marathon.


23 years old

Ran 23 miles to celebrate my birthday.


23 Years old

Training for strength and aesthetics while coaching all my clients to do the same... and also sharing my journey to show that you can become exactly who you want to be.


9-13 years old

Competitive Athlete

14 years old

Struggled w/ bingeing while lifting (for athletics)

16 years old

Still bingeing, very insecure, lifting in the gym.


17 years old

Gym everyday, Tried my first "Calorie Deficit" (over restrictive), & hours of cardio. Developed a routine in the gym, Learning about nutrients & the body.


18 years old

Saw small results but was struggling w/ bingeing, drinking, smoking. Unhappy and working three jobs, bartending, snow cone truck, and fast food.


19 years old

Finally seeing lifting results, taking training to the next level. Began Coaching for free while working two jobs. Understood nutrients and how to manipulate them.


20 years old

Experimenting with nutrition, lifting, recovery. Self-reflection and mindset building.


21 years old

Began my first Body Building Prep to build an unbreakable mindset.




22 years old

Won 1st Overall in a Natural Body Building Competition.


22 years old

Still bingeing, very insecure — but still showing up to the gym

Lifting every day but deeply unhappy. Insecurity was running the show. Looking back, this was the period that taught me the most about where real change actually starts.

Struggling with bingeing while lifting for athletics

The first signs of a complicated relationship with food. Lifting for sport but battling behaviors I didn't yet have the tools to understand.

First calorie deficit — and learning the hard way

Tried my first calorie deficit — way over-restrictive. Hours of cardio. But also: built a real gym routine for the first time, and started genuinely learning about nutrition and how the body works.
